We support children, young people, parents and families seeking help with emotional or psychological issues which are affecting their lives.
Flourishing Mind’s approach is to focus on the child and the family, taking into account every aspect of their experiences; with our core aim being to strengthen their social, family support system and overall sense of well-being.
To promote the well-being of children and their families and carers to help them achieve their true potential, now and in the future.
Our core areas of therapy are: domestic violence, issues related to school, e.g. bullying and friendships, family separation and illness, child illness and disability, bereavement, domestic and emotional abuse, substance misuse and issues relating to a child’s/parent’s experience of mental health.

Our psychological support services are available to anyone affected by cancer (patient, carer or bereaved through cancer). This service is also available to anyone who has a chronic illness and requires end of life care and/or is supporting someone who is receiving end of life care.
