If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

Feltham Library: Every Thursday, 10am - 1pm.

Location: Feltham Library, The Centre, High St, Feltham, TW13 4GU.

Services at the hub on 26th May:

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

• ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

• Healthy Hounslow Smoking Cessation: Providing professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

• Adult Social Care: Hounslow Council’s Adult Social Care hold a gazebo, known as the ‘pop-up’ advice and information shop, run by the Community Information Team. The gazebo is usually staffed with a social worker or specialist professional to help answer residents’ queries around adult health and social care, signposting and if need be onward referral.

• Hounslow Reach: Advice and support for residents aged 18 and over, who may have needs such as mental or physical health needs, or learning disabilities

• Connect to Work (Twinings-Hestia): Providing careers information, advice and guidance to young people who need help getting into education, employment or training.

• Healthwatch: Work closely with NHS to survey residents and get their views on how GP services and NHS services around Hounslow are doing and they work on projects such as encouraging vaccines, looking at winter flu etc.
