What is this service?

As a part of The Mental Health Borough Blend, our 18+ adult drama group.

Use drama and theatre to help improve your wellbeing, from finding new and creative ways to express yourself to boosting your confidence and creating new social connections.

Drama has the ability to:

  • help decrease symptoms of anxiety and stress, 

  • provide an emotional release,

  • view the world from another persons’ perspective,

  • have permission to play without judgement, 

  • help with problem solving,

  • support with understand oneself

Our sessions have an emphasis on having fun in a non pressurised safe space. 

We will be exploring characters, roles, different acting styles, creative writing and so much more.

Location: Bedfont Lane Community Centre, 9 Proctors Close, Feltham TW14 9NB

Mondays, 6:45pm-8:15pm (Starts 1st July 2024)
