About us

Hounslow Connect is an online information, advice and guidance hub which links people in Hounslow quickly and easily to the local support that you need.

We have brought together all of the services that are provided by Hounslow Council, our voluntary and community groups and our health partners onto this single platform, so that you can easily find what is right for you, when and where you need it.

It is run by the Hounslow Connect Team, part of Hounslow Council, working alongside the voluntary sector, local charities and public sector partners as part of Hounslow Council’s Community Solutions offer.

Hounslow Connect is for everyone to use and our goal is to make sure that this is where Hounslow residents can find the services they need, helping our communities to remain happy, healthy and connected.
