Community Hubs

Welcome to the Community Hub page!

Community Hubs connect residents with a variety of support and activities, making it easier to get the help you need closer to home. You will find a range of support all under one roof at the Community Hub, including health, housing, employment and many more.

Hounslow Council is working with a range of local voluntary sector organisations and community groups to provide a programme of support across several locations in the borough. There are Community Hubs in Feltham, Hounslow, Brentford and Cranford, and more will be rolled out across the borough.

Whether you're looking for advice, to get involved in community activities, or simply want to connect with others in your local area, the Community Hubs offer something different for everyone.
