Event description

As part of the summer of culture programme, we will be delivering an exciting botanical project for young women.

In partnership with Chiswick House and Gardens, who are hosting us, we will unearth the lives of 18th - century, Black and Asian enslaved women, whose botanical knowledge and contributions have enriched Hounslow's botanical and cultural heritage. Using art and creative writing to retell their stories.

Taking place Wednesdays from 24th July - 28th August, 11am - 1pm, at Chiswick House & Gardens.
