Cranford Community Hub (Summer Events Programme)

Whether you’re trying to find information, or seek help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home. Every Thursday (3.15pm – 4.30pm) in August, there will be a Community Hub at Cranford Community College. Access a range of different services for a variety of needs.

• Community Solutions: the team can help you with guidance, and support on everyday issues. Providing preventative help, information, and advice. Every Thursday in August.

• Surplus food available: supplied by the Felix Project and A2Dominion, please bring your own bags. Every Thursday in August. 

• Hounslow Citizens Advice Bureau: The team provides free, confidential and impartial advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration and more. Every Thursday in August. 

• Toy and book swap: we welcome three books or toys only thanks, and they must be in good condition. Thursday 8 August. 

• Clothes swap: please bring just three things to exchange and make sure clothes are washed and in good condition. Thursday 22 August.

• Health Outreach: discover local health support available to you and get a free blood pressure check. Thursday 1, 8, 15 and 22 August. 

• Work Hounslow: The skills & employment team at Hounslow council. We provide advice, guidance and information for jobs and training. Thursday 22 and 29 August.

• Healthy Hounslow: looking for advice on being more active, weight management or general well-being, for you and your family? Come and talk to the team. Thursday 29 August.
