Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right support, closer to home. Services at the hub:

• Community Solutions: Provide early help, preventative information advice, guidance & support on everyday issues.

• Housing Estates Improvement: Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

• Housing Tenancy Sustainment: Works with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs & rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently & safely in their council homes.

• Housing Tenancy: Works with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters & anti-social behaviour. We assist tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties & signpost them to relevant departments. 

• ILAYS: Help BAME communities & new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. We want people to feel comfortable & happy in their lives here in the UK.

• Asylum & Refugee: Provide a co-ordinated response to support refugees & asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. We offer information & signposting onto relevant services & referrals to appropriate organisations.

• EACH Counselling & Support: Holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence & mental health for women.

• NHS Non Smoking service: Provides professional & flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

• Targeted Support: Provide early interventions to residents working alongside Floating Support provided by Hounslow Reach.

• Arc Hounslow: Provides support & help for people to break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine & new psychoactive substance as well as long term alcohol addiction.

• Crosslight: Provides face-to-face debt advice together with money education & budgeting support to individuals & families in need.

• Lampton 360: Oversee residential service repairs & service improvements.

• Shaw Trust: Support people with complex needs into good work. We deliver high quality employability programmes & complementary services for people with complex needs, challenging life circumstances or other barriers that impact on access to work.

• Work Hounslow: Works with Hounslow residents who are unemployed or those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

• Connexions.

• Health & Social Care skills academy: We aim to find jobs, training & development opportunities in the social & health care sector in North-West London.

• Digital champions (2pm - 4pm).
