The following services will be on-site:

• Community Solutions: Providing  early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Housing Estates Improvement: Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

• Housing Tenancy Sustainment: We work with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

• Housing Tenancy: We work with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. We assist tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and signpost them to relevant departments.

• ILAYS: Help BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. We want people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

• Asylum & Refugee: We provide a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. We offer information and signposting onto relevant services and referrals to appropriate organisations.

• EACH Support and Counselling: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

• The Mulberry Centre: Delivers a range of information and support services to anyone affected by a diagnosis of cancer or bereavement. All our services are offered free of charge, and we do not have any postcode boundaries for anyone affected by cancer.

• Hounslow Reach: This service helps homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

• Cherish Hounslow: A mental health community project that provides one-to-one advice, advocacy, group work, social groups and counselling for both LGBTQ+ and minoritized ethnic people in Hounslow who are experiencing mental health issues.
