Community Hubs connect residents to a variety of local support and activities, closer to home. This Community Hub is at Hounslow House every Monday, 10am - 1pm.

Whether you’re trying to find information, or seek help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home. There will be community and council-led services at the hub.
The following services will be on-site:

Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

Asylum & Refugee Seeker Service: Provide a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. We offer information and signposting onto relevant services and referrals to appropriate organisations.

EACH Counselling & Support: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

Shaw Trust: We support people with complex needs into good work. We deliver high quality employability programmes and complementary services for people with complex needs, challenging life circumstances or other barriers that impact on access to work.

Hounslow Reach: This service helps homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

The Job Centre: A service that provides information and employability guidance and benefit advice.

The Mulberry Centre: delivers a range of information and support services to anyone affected by a diagnosis of cancer or bereavement. All our services are offered free of charge, and we do not have any postcode boundaries for anyone affected by cancer.

ILAYS: Help BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. We want people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

RNIB Royal National Institute of Blind People – Community-based Eye Care Liaison Officers: Hounslow does not have a single eye clinic for patients to attend; thus ECLOs provide practical and emotional support to anyone affected by sight loss (or any eye condition) including families and carers within the community.

Hounslow Citizens Advice Bureau: The team provides free, confidential and impartial advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration and more.

Council Tax Support Scheme Consultation: The Council Tax Support scheme helps people on a low-income or benefits with financial assistance towards their Council Tax bill. We are proposing changes to take effect from April 2025 and encourage anyone who gets Council Tax support, or anyone who has a view on how it works, to respond to our consultation by 5pm on Saturday 26th November and feedback on the proposed changes and how they could affect them.
