Brentford Community Hub

If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home. 

**Brentford Library: Every Friday, 10am – 2pm. **

Location: 11F Boston Manor Road, Brentford, TW8 8DW.

Services at the hub on 24th April:

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

• Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

• Ealing and Hounslow CVS: Helping people who live, work or study in Hounslow to become volunteers. Developing a wide range of good volunteering opportunities and matching people with the opportunities that best suits them.

• Healthy Hounslow Smoking Cessation: Providing professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

• Twining Hestia - Connect to Work: A government funded programme to help people find and keep a job. They provide personal help based on your needs to find the right job and help you keep it. It is voluntary service, which aims to support people with mental health and physical health conditions to find and sustain paid employment.

• PCN Healthy Hounslow: Providing community health checks to identify risk factors around CVD (cardiovascular diseases). Providing coaching, signposting and general support for lifestyle and behaviour changes.

• Carers Advisors: Information, advice and guidance for carers to get practical support in their role. Helps carers access things like carers assessments, short breaks service and social groups.
