Feltham Community Hub

Whether you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

The following services will be at the hub:

• Community Solutions: Providing  early help, preventative information advice, guidance & support on everyday issues.

• Targeted Support: Provide early interventions to residents working alongside Floating Support. We assess cases to address needs like health, wellbeing, finance & debt, digital exclusion, housing, social isolation etc to link residents with local services to enable them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.

• Housing - Estates Improvement:  Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

• Housing Tenancy Team: We work with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters & anti-social behaviour. We assist tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties & signpost them to relevant departments. 

• ILAYS: Help BAME communities & new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. We want people to feel comfortable & happy in their lives here in the UK.

• NHS Non Smoking Service: We provide professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

• Asylum & Refugee: We provide a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. We offer information & signposting onto relevant services & referrals to appropriate organisations.

• Arc Hounslow: We provide support & help for people to break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine & new psychoactive substance as well as long term alcohol addiction.

• Crosslight: We provide face-to-face debt advice together with money education & budgeting support to individuals & families in need.

• Housing Repairs Lampton 360: We oversee residential service repairs and service improvements.

• Work Hounslow: We work with Hounslow residents who are unemployed as well as those who are in low-paid work & those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

• Holiday Activities & Food Programme (HAF): We support families with the HAF programme that offers free holiday activities and nutritious meals for eligible children during the holidays.

• Digital champion drop in

• 1pm – 1:45pm: Beginners Adult Cycling Class & 2pm – 3pm: Improvers Adult Cycling Class (on the green behind Feltham Assembly Hall).
