Free swimming, high energy yoga session + refreshments. Free 1hr in general swim session for cared-for adults. Free 1hr general swim for parents with their children who have additional needs. Location, Hanworth Leisure Centre on Saturdays for 48 weeks commencing 10th Jan.
Delivered by local qualifed instructors and supported by a Young Carer on the day to help supervise and oversee the sessions.
