Community Hub Advisors can help in a wide range of ways, including finding local support and activities, befriending, financial support, information on keeping healthy, skills and employment, mental health support to more complex issues.
Community Hub Advisors are based in community locations across the borough on a regular basis. The team will be on hand to speak directly with you about any concerns or needs.
