Event description

Whether you’re trying to find information, or seek help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home. At the Cranford Community Hub, find a variety of different services. Community Solutions will be there if you need to speak to someone about your issue.

This hub is at Beavers Children Centre & Library (the Hub). The following services will be on-site:

  • Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

  • Housing Tenancy Team: We work with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. We assist tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and signpost them to relevant departments.

  • Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

  • The Job Centre Plus Hounslow: A service that provides information and employability guidance and benefit advice.

  • Crosslight Advice: We provide face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

  • Ealing and Hounslow CVS: We help people who live, work or study in Hounslow to become volunteers. We develop a wide range of good volunteering opportunities and match people with the opportunities that best suits them.

No booking required! Drop by on the day.
