Lampton Leisure run dementia-friendly swim and water activities at Heston Pools and Fitness for residents living with dementia. These sessions are delivered in partnership with London Borough of Hounslow Swimming Club.

Take the plunge and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of gentle swimming sessions. Followed by a hot drink, fun, and games in our cafe area!
Swimming helps to improve:

Muscular Strength
The sessions will run for 12 weeks from 9th January to 3rd April, not including the week of the February half-term.
Service users must be over the age of 55 and have Dementia or a memory loss condition.
