Join this free, friendly and interactive session to learn more about Dementia, how it impacts someone and what can you do to help people affected by Dementia in your community.
Our partners Health Outreach Team and Hounslow Citizens Advice will be joining us to provide wider support including gate anaylsis and pension advice.
This will run alongside the weekly Brentford Community Hub and Library (10am - 2pm) with community hub advisors and partners.
