Join us at one of the sessions to learn more and visit Community Hub Partners to get support for a wide range of issues on health and wellbeing support and advice on issues such as housing, finance and employment.
The information session will include: 5 things everyone should know about dementia, how dementia can affect someone, group activity and information on becoming a Dementia Friend.
