Event description

Whether you’re trying to find information, or seek help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

The following services will be at the Feltham Community Hub:

  • Community Solutions: We provide early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

  • EACH Counselling & Support: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

  • Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

  • Housing Estate Improvement: We look at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where improvements are needed.

  • Housing Tenancy Sustainment: We work with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live independently in their council homes.

  • Housing Tenancy: We work with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. We help resolve matters regarding their properties and signpost to relevant departments.

  • ILAYS: We help BAME communities in West London to reach their full potential.

  • Asylum Seekers and Refugees: We provide a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow.

  • NHS Non-Smoking Service: We provide professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

  • Targeted Support: We provide early interventions to residents working alongside Floating Support provided by Hounslow Reach.

  • Crosslight: We provide face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

  • Lampton 360 (housing repairs): We oversee residential service repairs and service improvements.

  • Shaw Trust: We support people with complex needs into good work. We deliver high quality employability programmes and complementary services for people with complex needs, challenging life circumstances or other barriers that impact on access to work.

  • Work Hounslow: We work with Hounslow residents who are unemployed as well as those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

  • Community Provisions: We provide a wide range of community-based activities and projects for residents with mild-to-moderate learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We can provide employment support for these residents too.

Free activities:

  • 1pm – 1.45pm: Beginners Adult Cycling Class.

  • 2pm – 3pm: Improvers Adult Cycling Class.
