Community Hubs connect residents to a variety of services and activities, closer to home. This Community Hub is at Feltham Assembly Hall every Tuesday 2pm - 5pm.

Visit the Feltham Community Hub if you are looking for help, community activities or want to find out what is happening in the Feltham area.
For Tuesday 3rd December, the following services will be on site:

Community Hub Advisors: The Community Hub Advisors provide early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

Housing Estates Improvement: Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

Housing Tenancy: This team works with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. We assist tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and departments.

Housing Tenancy Sustainment: We work with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

ILAYS: ILAYS help BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. We want people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

EACH Counselling & Support: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service: A co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. We offer information and signposting onto relevant services and referrals to appropriate organisations.

NHS Non-Smoking Service: This service provides professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

Digital Champions support: If you are looking for help with using your digital devices, the internet or other basic digital skills, speak to a digital champion!

Work Hounslow (Support for Refugee and Asylum Seekers): We offer employment support to asylum seekers and refugees in Hounslow. This includes personalised information, advice, and guidance to help find voluntary and paid work opportunities. We also explore opportunities to upskill and reskill.

Health Outreach Team: We are a supportive, warm, and diverse team who support residents looking for help across a range of everyday health-related issues. We are always ready to welcome each day with a smile.

Crosslight Advice: We provide face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

Royal National Institute of Blind People – Community-based Eye Care Liaison Officers: Hounslow does not have a single eye clinic for patients to attend; thus ECLOs provide practical and emotional support to anyone affected by sight loss (or any eye condition) including families and carers within the community.
