If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

Feltham Assembly Hall. Every Tuesday, 2pm - 5pm.

Location: Hounslow Rd, Feltham, TW14 9DN.

Services at the hub on Tuesday 28th January:

  • Community Hub Advisors: Providing  early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

  • Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

  • Housing Estates Improvement: Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

  • Housing Tenancy service: Working with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. Assisting tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and signposting them to relevant departments.

  • Housing Tenancy Sustainment: Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

  • ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

  • EACH Counselling and Support: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

  • Community Support team (Support for Refugee and Asylum Seekers): Providing a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. Offering information and signposting on to relevant services and referrals to appropriate organisations.

  • Work Hounslow: The skills and employment team at Hounslow council. Working with Hounslow residents who are unemployed as well as those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

  • Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

  • ARC Hounslow: Providing support and help for people to break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as long term alcohol addiction.

  • Feltham Fire Service: Local fire station support service.

  • Hounslow Reach: Helping homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

  • Feltham Neighbourhood Police: Working closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide policing priorities for the area. Finding useful, long-term solutions to local problems.

  • Social Prescriber: Connecting people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.

  • West London MH Trust with MINT: Providing mental health care across Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow. Making secondary Mental Health services easier to access, better designed to meet individual needs, and better connected to the community. The teams work closely with GPs, social services, the voluntary sector, and other organisations to offer treatment and care in a more integrated – or joined up way. Simpler, faster access to community-based mental health services and support with an emphasis on mental health, alongside physical health and social needs.
