If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home. 

**Feltham Library: Tuesday, 1pm - 4pm. **

Location: Feltham Library, The Centre, High St, Feltham, TW13 4GU. 

Services at the hub on 15th July: 

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

• Housing Tenancy Sustainment: Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

• ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

• Ealing and Hounslow CVS: Helping people who live, work or study in Hounslow to become volunteers. Developing a wide range of good volunteering opportunities and matching people with the opportunities that best suits them.

• Work Hounslow (Support for Refugee and Asylum Seekers): Offering employment support to asylum seekers and refugees in Hounslow. This includes personalised information, advice, and guidance to help find voluntary and paid work opportunities as well as opportunities to upskill and reskill.

• Morelife Non Smoking Service: Offer up to 12 weeks of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and 1-to-1 personal behavioural support.

• Carers Advisors: Offering information and advice for carers, promoting direct payments, the carers emergency card, encouraging the take up of Lasting Power of Attorney, and more.

• Targeted Support Team: Providing early support to residents in collaboration with Hounslow Reach’s Floating Support. We assist before, during, or after Floating Support by assessing needs such as health, wellbeing, finance, digital skills, housing, and social isolation. We connect residents with local services to help them live independently for as long as possible.
