If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

Feltham Library. Every Thursday, 10am - 1pm.

Location: The Centre, High Street, Feltham, TW13 4GU.

Services at the hub on Thursday 27th August:

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Connect to Work (Twinings-Hestia): Providing careers information, advice and guidance to young people who need help getting into education, employment or training.

• Hounslow Reach: Helping homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

• Adult Social Care: Hounslow Council’s Adult Social Care hold a gazebo, known as the ‘pop-up’ advice and information shop, run by the Community Information Team. The gazebo is usually staffed with a social worker or specialist professional to help answer residents’ queries around adult health and social care, signposting and if need be onward referral.

• ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Hoping people to feel comfortable and - above all- happy in their lives here in the UK.

• Houisng: Providing support and advice for Council tenants over a variety of areas: tenancy sustainment, income, estates etc.

• Work Hounslow: The skills and employment team at Hounslow council. Working with Hounslow residents who are uneployed as well as those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

Local people can also talk to a Hub Advisor at Feltham Library at the following times:

• Tuesday 9am - 11.30am

• Wednesday 9am - 4.30pm

• Thursday 2pm - 4.30pm
