If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.
Feltham Assembly Hall. Every Tuesday, 2pm - 5pm.
Location: Hounslow Rd, Feltham, TW14 9DN.
Services at the hub on Tuesday 18th February:

Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.

Housing estate improvement: Looking after communal areas and working with other teams to make local estates clean and pleasant places to live.

Housing Tenancy service: Working with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. Assisting tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and signposting them to relevant departments.

Housing Tenancy Sustainment: Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.

Community Support team (Support for Refugee and Asylum Seekers): Providing a co-ordinated response to support refugees and asylum seekers residing in Hounslow borough. Offering information and signposting on to relevant services and referrals to appropriate organisations.

Ealing and Hounslow CVS: Helping people who live, work or study in Hounslow to become volunteers. Developing a wide range of good volunteering opportunities and matching people with the opportunities that best suits them.

EACH Counselling and Support: A holistic counselling approach for anyone such as domestic violence and mental health for women.

NHS Non-Smoking Service: Providing professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.

Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

ARC Hounslow: Providing support and help for people to break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as long term alcohol addiction.

Connexions: Providing careers information, advice and guidance to young people who need help getting into education, employment or training.

Work Hounslow: The skills and employment team at Hounslow council. Working with Hounslow residents who are unemployed as well as those who are in low-paid work and those wishing to either re-skill or up-skill, including those who are self-employed.

Lampton Services 360 (housing repairs): Overseeing residential service repairs and service improvements.

Work Hounslow (Support for Refugee and Asylum Seekers): Offering employment support to asylum seekers and refugees in Hounslow. This includes personalised information, advice, and guidance to help find voluntary and paid work opportunities as well as opportunities to upskill and reskill.

Feltham Fire Service: Local fire station support service.

The Mulberry Centre: Delivering a range of information and support services to anyone affected by a diagnosis of cancer or bereavement. All the services are offered free of charge, and there are no postcode boundaries for anyone affected by cancer.

Wates Construction Jobs Roadshow: Sessions will cover CV writing, interviews skills, career pathways in construction, apprenticeships and more.

Targeted Support Team: Providing early interventions to residents, working alongside Floating Support provided by Hounslow Reach. Working with residents before, after, or instead of Floating Support, assessing cases to address needs like health, wellbeing, finance and debt, digital exclusion, housing, social isolation etc. Linking residents with local services and partners to enable them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.

Housing: Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding living securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.
