As part of Dementia Action Week (19 - 25 May), the Alzheimer's Society and the Council are hosting Living Well With Dementia for anyone affected by Dementia.
There will be information on the services and support available in Hounslow, including dementia-friendly games, interactive workshops, expert talks. Hounslow's new Dementia Directory will also be launched at the event.
