Summer Concert 'Last Night of the Proms'

Hounslow Symphony Orchestra brings an evening of Classical music & fun from one of the world’s most renowned music festivals 'The Proms' to West London at a one-off event on 5th July at 7pm.

The Proms is a series of concerts from July to September at London’s Royal Albert Hall which culminates in ‘The Last Night of the Proms’, a “celebration of British music and tradition”. Whether you're a seasoned classical music aficionado or a newcomer to Classical music, HSO would like to create a taste of this iconic event in our local community with the opportunity to listen to well-known classical music and let you join forces with the orchestra by singing along. Highlights will include "Rule, Britannia!," "Land of Hope and Glory," and "Jerusalem," and we strongly encourage enthusiastic audience participation in the form of singing, jigging and flag-waving. (Flags will be provided!)

The Proms was originally created to bring music to a wider audience. Allow HSO to bring the joy and fun of Classical music to you on 5th July at St Mary’s Church, Osterley.
