Philippine Centre Youth Basketball Academy (PCYBA) was established in January 2008. It is a youth project by a registered charity organisation called _The Philippine Centre _and it is aimed at boys and girls ages between 7-16 years old. The activities involves a weekly basketball coaching session by a qualified EB Level 2 basketball coaches with the aim of competing in local leagues. Our goal is to get our youth to participate in organised sporting activities at club level and basketball has become a favourite sport within the young people of our community. This in turn will encourage our youth to maintain a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle through playing sports with a hope that they will continue to pursue recreational sporting activities as an adult.
Although the majority of our players are of Filipino backgrounds, we encourage & play with anyone who share our love and enthusiasm for BALLING!!
