**All-Ability **one-to-one sessionsare an inclusive cycling session that is open to residents with learning and physical disabilities, from ages 10 years+. It is a fantastic way for everyone to have fun, gain more independence and enjoy a sense of freedom.
We have a diverse range of adapted bikes to suit all abilities ranging from side by side bikes, hand cycles, recumbent cycles and trikes to name a few. We encourage riders to try several different bikes during the sessions to find a bike that best suits them.
The One to One Saturday sessions take place every Saturday , 10:30am - 3:30pm and are open to residents to pre-book.
Sessions occur at the Inwood Park Cycling Hub via the Inwood Road entrance, Hounslow, TW3 1XG. Sessions take place in a dedicated enclosed area to cycling. There are disabled toilet onsite and disabled parking bays located on Inwood Road.

We are running an adapted cycle scheme in the grounds of Osterley Park, alongside the general hire scheme run by the National Trust.

If you’re thinking of cycling, the Try Before You Bike scheme allows you to try out a new or nearly new bike for a monthly fee. If you like the bike, you can later buy it at a discounted price or continue to pay monthly until you own it
