All-Ability Cycling

All-Ability Cycling offers inclusive group cycling sessions for people aged 5+ with learning or physical disabilities.

These sessions are a great way to have fun, build confidence and independence, and enjoy the freedom of cycling. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability or experience.

Bikes Available

We have a wide range of adapted bikes, including:

• Side-by-side bikes

• Hand cycles

• Recumbent bikes

• Trikes

Participants are encouraged to try different bikes to find the one that suits them best.

Sessions

• When: Every Saturday

• Time: 9:10am to 2:30pm
