Community Hub @ Feltham Library

If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

Feltham Library. Every Thursday, 10am - 1pm.

Location: The Centre, High Street, Feltham, TW13 4GU.

Services at the hub on Thursday 8th January:

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Revenue and Benefits (virtually): Find out more about the different revenue and benefits support and advice you can claim.

• Twining Hestia - Connect to Work: A government funded programme to help people find and keep a job. They provide personal help based on your needs to find the right job and help you keep it. It is voluntary service, which aims to support people with mental health and physical health conditions to find and sustain paid employment.

• Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

• Hounslow Reach: Helping homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

• Housing Tenancy service: Working with council tenants to resolve various tenancy matters and anti-social behaviour. Assisting tenants in resolving matters regarding their properties and signposting them to relevant departments.

• Carers Advisor(s): Providing guidance, support, and information to unpaid carers to help them understand their rights, access services, and navigate the adult social care system.

Drop in on the day, no booking needed.

Local people can also talk to a Hub Advisor at Feltham Library at the following times:

• Tuesday 9am - 11.30am

• Wednesday 9am - 4.30pm

• Thursday 2pm - 4.30pm
