Community Hub @ Feltham Library

If you’re trying to find information, or seeking help & advice, Hounslow Council is making sure you can find the right solution, closer to home.

Feltham Library. Every Thursday, 10am - 1pm.

Location: The Centre, High Street, Feltham, TW13 4GU.

Services at the hub on Thursday 5th March :

• Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.

• Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.

• Twining Hestia - Connect to Work: A government funded programme to help people find and keep a job. They provide personal help based on your needs to find the right job and help you keep it. It is voluntary service, which aims to support people with mental health and physical health conditions to find and sustain paid employment.

• Hounslow Reach: Helping homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

• Housing Tenancy Sustainment Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.

• Adult Social Care Hounslow Council’s Adult Social Care hold a gazebo, known as the ‘pop-up’ advice and information shop, run by the Community Information Team. The gazebo is usually staffed with a social worker or specialist professional to help answer residents’ queries around adult health and social care, signposting and if need be onward referral.

Drop in on the day, no booking needed.

• Tuesday 9am - 11.30am

• Wednesday 9am - 4.30pm
