We can help you by:

sending trusted volunteers who speak your language to visit you, have a chat, give you a bit of company

connecting you to other women, women's groups, local organisations and activities of interest to you and lots more

supporting you to deal with anxiety, depressions, mental and physical health problems which limit your ability to go out or socialise more.
