What is this service?

Do you fee lonely or isolated?

Do you need:

  • some company, someone to talk to or visit you at home?

  • help to get out and about, visit friends and family?

  • to get to; or take part in, social and cultural activities and events?

We can help you by:

  • sending trusted volunteers who speak your language to visit you, have a chat, give you a bit of company

  • connecting you to other women, women's groups, local organisations and activities of interest to you and lots more

  • supporting you to deal with anxiety, depressions, mental and physical health problems which limit your ability to go out or socialise more.
