Dementia Friends Information Sessions

The Alzheimer’s Society will be joining your local Community Hub and Library to host a series of Dementia Friends Information Sessions. Learn more about Dementia, how it impacts someone and what you can do to help people affected by Dementia in your community.

Join one of our free, friendly and interactive sessions across all of Hounslow’s Community Hubs and Libraries, and visit other partners to get support for a wide range of issues such as housing guidance, wellbeing support and financial advice.
