What is this service?

As an education and employment related skills provider, NLET’s programmes provide a direct pathway to employment and/or Higher Education.

Our employability skills provision, careers hub, key worker support and student services are just some of the interventions available to reassure and assist individuals on their learning journey. They provide participants with the tools to develop job-hunting behaviours and strategies that complement their educational attainment and aid progression either towards the labour market.  For those already in work it provides an opportunity to sustain their employed status or progress onto higher level roles.
