Action West London works with local authorities and local communities to identify individuals and families who could benefit from advice and support to help them secure employment and get back into work.
Our education and training provision ranges from improving skills and confidence in ESOL, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills for adults, through to social skills training for young children.

ACDA Skills Training currently offers ESOL (basic English language) classes as well as Basic IT (digital skills) training to local residents.
We offer free remote digital skills assistance to anyone who needs help using either a computer, laptop, tablet device or smartphone from their own home including access to free basic or intermediate online courses and resources.
Alongside this we are also offering free virtual ESOL classes to those individuals who want to improve their English language skills, especially their confidence in speaking and listening, from their own home.
Personalised support and training are provided through one-to-one or small group sessions either over the phone, by email or text message and via video calls - depending on what works best for the learner.
ACDA Skills Training has significant experience in supporting families with children. Over the past 11 years we have delivered outreach services to libraries, schools, Children’s Centres, addiction and mental health services, Community Centres and housing associations and sheltered accommodation.
Our staff and volunteers have delivered English language classes, digital skills, volunteering and employability programmes to vulnerable and disadvantaged families and individuals from the local community at a number of locations across West London.
