The Green Gym is an innovative way to keep fit and improve wellbeing whilst transforming the local environment.
Conservation volunteering is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and improve your physical and mental wellbeing and improve local green spaces.
Sessions are FREE, simple and no experience necessary!
Isleworth Green Gym offers a unique and free opportunity for local people to get involved in transforming green spaces for the benefit of wildlife and the community.
Activities include gardening, habitat creation, general park maintenance and more!
Booking in advance is essential.

Pevensey Road Green Gym Rangers is a community group offering practical conservation activities with Hounslow Rangers every Monday, 10.45 – 2pm at Pevensey Road Nature Reserve. New volunteers are always welcome and no experience is necessary!

Hounslow Heath Green Gym Conservation Group is a volunteer-led conservation community group running every Tuesday, 10.45 – 2.30pm on Hounslow Heath.
Located in the heart of Hounslow, this incredible nature reserve contains a mix of rare acid grassland, lowland heath, woodland, wildflower meadows and wetlands.
Come and improve your health and wellbeing by joining like-minded people to carry out essential work to Hounslow Heath, learn about its mix of wildlife and plant life, get to know the nature reserve’s habitats and take part in helping manage this diverse landscape.
Meet the volunteers every Tuesday at 10.45am outside the Rangers Cabin by Hounslow Heath car park.
