The Iranian Association (IA) helps refugees and ethnic minorities to fully participate in British society by providing opportunities. This includes supporting older people through the 50+ service.

What is this service?

Addressing the needs of over 50s has enabled the IA to make a great impact in the life of the most vulnerable clients through delivery of a diverse range of services including:

  • advice

  • IT/ESOL classes

  • Health Awareness workshops

  • Exercise sessions

  • Counselling/Group Therapy

  • Social activities

The “Bright Life for 50+” is a preventative service that promotes wellbeing and independence of over 50s.
