Services at the hub 27th October:
Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.
Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service (RASS): The Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service provide support, guidance, and advice to refugees and asylum seekers living in Hounslow.
Community Safety: Advice on crime and anti-social behaviour, working with the community to make Hounslow safer.
Hounslow Reach: Helping homeless and vulnerable people in London to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.
Job Centre Plus Hounslow: A service that provides information and employability guidance and benefit advice.
Crosslight: Providing face-to-face debt advice together with money education and budgeting support to individuals and families in need.
ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.
Twining Hestia - Connect to Work: A government funded programme to help people find and keep a job. They provide personal help based on your needs to find the right job and help you keep it. It is voluntary service, which aims to support people with mental health and physical health conditions to find and sustain paid employment.
Morelife Non Smoking Service: Offer up to 12 weeks of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and 1-to-1 personal behavioural support.
Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.
Housing Tenancy Sustainment (by Teams and by phone): Working with council tenants to provide them with necessary information regarding housing, benefits, repairs, and rent advice to enable tenants to live securely, independently, and safely in their council homes.
