What is this service?

The classes are devised and run by specially trained and experienced teachers.  They consist of a series of fun and stimulating exercises to music. There is emphasis on different muscle groups, strength, rhythm, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, interaction, dexterity, and the use of the voice.   All exercises can be performed seated and no previous experience of dance is necessary.
