What is this service?

Our Neuro-Hubs in Bedfont and Brentford provide a regular support base to help peoples' manage their health and wellbeing.

The Wednesday session is at the Musical Museum, Brentford and the Thursday neuro hub meets at Southville Community Centre in Bedfont. It is for people living with a neurological condition, and for those supporting them.

It offers a mixture of sessions, social support groups, talks and other activities.
