Our tailored employment support service is there to help individuals with mental health problems living in North and West London get into mainstream employment. We inspire hope and create opportunity, ensuring our clients can access high quality information, advice and motivational coaching to help them reach their work-related goals and aspirations.
We also work directly with employers, forming partnerships to offer our clients vacancies. We work to create an inclusive and diverse workforce which values mental wellbeing, and challenges stigma and discrimination wherever it is found.
