What is this service?

If your answer is yes, then you can sign up to become a mentee on the Connected Futures Programme at Hounslow’s Promise. The Connected Futures Programme can help you to find work or education or support you to transition into a new job. You will be supported by an experienced mentor who can give you advice, guidance and support throughout your journey and help you to plan for your future.  As a mentee, you will also:

  • Be invited to attend informative masterclasses provided professionals to develop your skills and knowledge for the world of work

  • Visit businesses to gain career experience, learn about career options and see how different businesses work 

  • Have access to fitness and wellbeing classes to support your physical and mental health

  • Have the opportunity to give back to your community through volunteering days or becoming a mentor yourself for a young person in Hounslow. This will help you gain valuable skills for your CV.
