Within Pathway 1- Creative Independence - Our students will access a varied, vibrant timetable to ensure each student reaches their full potential. Our person centred approach will ensure that each individual will work towards personal goals which will support them to lead a full life.

What is this service?

Their timetable will consist of creative arts, life skills, health and well being, therapy and lots of fun! 

Our weekly community trips include visiting our

  • Tea room,

  • Allotment,

  • swimming (including use of a hydro pool),

  • Gym,

  • Sensory Rooms/Gardens,

  • food shopping and other local activities.

  • See below for a breakdown of the areas we cover from day to day. 

Each day follows a set timetable,  building upon each individuals independence, like skills and knowledge, providing opportunities to access the local community. 

  • 1:1 care can be provided

  • You can attend on a full or part time basis.

​Each student will have personal targets to work towards. Our staff work closely with parents and/or carers, holding review meetings to discuss individual progress.

**Please Note: **If the individual already attends a provision, this does not narrow their options. Each young adult can use their Self-Directed Support (SDS) or other funding from their care package, to attend several provisions. We are happy to advise you on this.

**Suitable for -**Our programme is suitable for individuals with a learning disability or disability, inclusive of behaviour and medical needs.
