Is a new group activity designed to engage your child's senses and to allow them to try out new textures, sounds and smells. The group is led by Siobhan, our Skylarks staff member who is a trained Early Years practitioner. This is a structured session where activities will be brought out one after another, designed to encourage children to participate in their own way and to enjoy interacting with their parent or carer.
Sessions take place every Friday morning until the end of term.
Our Stay, Play and Support sessions will allow ONE family or household to come to our playroom at the Crossway Centre. The playroom will be divided into two and you will have half the room where your children can play, while you are in the same room talking to a member of Skylarks staff for support, information and advice. Depending on the size of your family, we may also be able to have a volunteer in the room to play with your children. Another family will be socially-distanced with their children and a staff member in the other half of the room.
Families must book in advance as numbers will be limited.
Every Tuesday 15:0017:00
Every Friday 10:0012:00
