Info4Care is a free website to help older people and their families understand the basics of the care system from the point of need through to seeking suitable specialist help and advice.
Our residential care services are small, high-quality personalised residential care homes, which are adapted to meet the needs of the people we support.

We provide support that is built around you. Everyone we support is encouraged to take part in as many everyday activities as they can, whatever their needs. The support we provide focuses on giving people as much as control as possible over their life, from doing household chores to supporting people to eat and drink on their own.
People have choice too – such as deciding how your home is run, choosing your support workers and picking how you want to decorate your bedroom.
Our support focuses on helping people we support to live their life as independently as possible. People can learn and develop new skills, and residential care can often be a stepping stone to supported living.
We offer a range of support based on people's individual needs and aspirations. This can include support with:
household tasks
personal care
taking medication
money management
building links with friends, family and the community
social and leisure activities
making healthy lifestyle choices
quality services.
We have years of experience of providing the very best support to people in residential care - Our services meet or exceed the standards set by the Care Quality Commission and the Social Services Inspectorate Wales.
We also have our own quality standards, What Matters Most, which help us support people in the best possible way. These standards have been developed to cover the things that people have told us are important to them.
We are an experienced provider of supporting people with more complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as autism and challenging behaviour. We also offer support for people at risk of committing a criminal offence.
