The Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD) will provide information, advice and guidance for deaf and hard-of-hearing people in the borough, and can support with a number of things, including:
Filling in forms for benefits
Translating English to BSL
Making telephone calls
Understanding bills
Contacting Hounslow council
Signposting to specialist services
and much more!
