Our work has traditionally been with those seeking asylum. We support with clothing (including shoes, coats and school uniforms).
We provide befriending services where possible, to help isolated or depressed/anxious individuals.
We signpost to services, such as the NHS, English Classes, Migrant Help, and clarify what the individual can expect from the Home Office and housing providers.
We can link you up with translators for a range of languages.
Care4Calais also have an access team that support with specific legal issues. Currently these are: Rwanda letters, Bibby Stockholm barge, unaccompanied minors.
