What's The Teashop?

The Teashop by Mind Axis is a service that connects people over a cup of tea to enhance mental wellbeing, together.

During Teashop sessions, you will come together with others to participate in enjoyable activities like meditation, art-making, and yoga. Through these sessions, you get to make your mental wellbeing a priority – as fun and easy as enjoying a cup of tea with friends.

What is a Teashop session like?

Each session is held in English by an expert facilitator, either in-person or online over Zoom. Each session is free or low-cost since you pay what you can afford (between £0-£10). Each session is capped at 15 people.

Who can participate?

To be eligible, you must be 18+ years old.

These sessions are not designed to treat mental health conditions. However, we welcome those who want to connect with others through life’s ups and downs.

It was really helpful to have a session that was time set aside to focus on one task and have dedicated time to being creative and de-stressing.
