What's The Teashop?

The Teashop by Mind Axis is a service that connects people over a cup of tea to enhance mental wellbeing, together.

During Teashop sessions, you will come together with others to participate in enjoyable activities like meditation, art-making, and yoga. We recently launched the Teashop+ which is a 5 week mindfulness based CBT based programme.

Through these sessions and programmes, you get to make your mental wellbeing a priority – as fun and easy as enjoying a cup of tea with friends.

What is a Teashop session like?

Each Teashop session is held in English by an expert facilitator, either in-person or online over Zoom. Each session is free or low-cost since you pay what you can afford (between £0-£10). Each session is capped at 15 people.

What is a Teashop+ programme like?

The Teashop+ is a mindfulness-based CBT programme, which involves attendees completing online modules on the BeMindful app. The online component is supplemented by in-person sessions that last 2.5 hours on Sunday afternoons. The space is designed to be fun and relaxing, providing opportunities to connect with like-minded people and participate in engaging activities aimed at improving overall wellbeing.
