service
Our Health and Wellbeing Checks service is the perfect way to start your care journey. It involves a 30-minute visit from one of our professional care champions to track your key vital signs.
Understanding our own mental health is important. This service helps develop this understanding and at the same time builds coping tools and strategies to protect mental health.

There are three parts to the service.
Minds Together is a rolling psycho-education programme that improves mental health literacy, increases self-awareness and the ability to self-regulate emotions, increased awareness of how internal/external factors affect our mental health (drugs, alcohol, stress)
Mind Mentors is a 1:1 bespoke intervention for those not suited to groups and again focuses on the same topics as Minds Together, but this is delivered on a 1:1 basis
Shared Experiences is group peer support which aims to reduce loneliness and increase connection with people who have similar experiences (e.g. carers, parents, BAME clients)
