What is this service?

There are three parts to the service.

  • Minds Together is a rolling psycho-education programme that improves mental health literacy, increases self-awareness and the ability to self-regulate emotions, increased awareness of how internal/external factors affect our mental health (drugs, alcohol, stress)

  • Mind Mentors is a 1:1 bespoke intervention for those not suited to groups and again focuses on the same topics as Minds Together, but this is delivered on a 1:1 basis

  • Shared Experiences is group peer support which aims to reduce loneliness and increase connection with people who have similar experiences (e.g. carers, parents, BAME clients)
