Venue Hire
The B&I Meeting House (a Grade II listed Georgian building) offers special rates on our venue hire for children's parties. Our original meeting room is a perfect space for parties, plus we have scenic and quiet grounds, a summer house in our gardens, smaller meeting rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen (including cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, sink, etc). Excellent acoustics, privacy, quiet, and plenty of natural light - kitchen and grounds use included in all hires where possible.

Buses: 235, 237, 267, H22, H91, E8
Trains: Syon Lane station 5-10 mins away
Tubes: District and Piccadilly lines (Gunnersbury, Boston Manor, Hounslow East) a short bus ride away.
- Parking:
Unmetered parking spaces are often available on Quakers Lane, but cannot be guaranteed. Spaces can be made available onsite or in nearby lot by arrangement.
- Additional information:
The Meeting House has ramp access to all ground floor buildings, with an accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities. A hearing loop is available in the Large Meeting Room. Please note there is some uneven ground in the gardens.
