What is this service?
Childlike…or Childish?
Jesus often compares living in the Kingdom of God to becoming like children. He rebukes his disciples for sending children away. He says that to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, we must become like little children. But he also calls out people who are being childish.
So how do we tell the difference between being child_like_ and child_ish_?
Join us this week as we ask that question and then zoom in on Bible passages where Jesus talks about children. Discover what he means when he praises a childlike attitude. BONUS: We’re using our new Friends With God Story Bible for kids (or adults such as Becky, who like pictures and children’s stories) as we experiment with experiencing the Bible as kids do.
