Online SEN Advice Training and Information Workshops

Our online workshops on educational matters are delivered by our in-house Advocacy Manager, Michaela Eggleston.

Many children with additional needs and disabilities need extra support in school. They often obtain this through a legal document called an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Our advice service can give you more information about EHCP's and guide you through the process.

The workshops are delivered online via 'Zoom' and you will have an opportunity to ask questions. If you have any questions particular to your own circumstances that we may not have time to deal with during the session then we can arrange a separate appointment if required.

Our workshops are free to all, but we welcome any donations to help us continue to provide this valuable service.

Online Support for Adults

Our online support groups are using the professional version of Zoom, which offers more security and has no time limit.

Parents will need to have a quiet place that they can go to talk confidentially. They will need to be able to use Zoom (guidance will be given) and they need to be willing to participate, while also listening to their peers. They need to try to attend these sessions regularly, in order to build up an online support network.
